F1: Australian Grand Prix: Practice team notes - Ferrari
Scuderia Ferrari HP got through its planned programme in Friday's free practice sessions for the Australian Grand Prix, the opening round of the 2026 Formula 1 World Championship. At the Albert Park Circuit the team worked on fine-tuning the SF-26, trying several set-up configurations on a track that continued to evolve throughout the day. Over the course of the sessions all available Pirelli tyre compounds were evaluated, gathering data in qualifying trim and in race simulation. In the first session Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton set the fastest and second-fastest times respectively, while in the afternoon session they finished fourth and fifth.
