Full results of qualifying | Verstappen has to let go of Leclerc

Charles Leclerc managed to secure pole position for the Bahrain Grand Prix. With a 1:30.558, the Ferrari driver was the fastest man at the Bahrain International Circuit. Max Verstappen conceded just over a tenth and will start from P2 alongside Leclerc Sunday. On the second row of the grid is room for Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez. Lewis Hamilton came up some seven tenths short and had to settle for fifth place. For George Russell it was anyway an afternoon he will soon want to forget. He is a second slower than his teammate and has to start from P9. The big surprises are Valtteri Bottas and Kevin Magnussen.
