Singapore GP start delayed due to heavy rain

A deluge over Marina Bay has delayed the start of the Singapore Grand Prix. While conditions were dry when the drivers' parage kicked off at 6 pm local time, rain clouds soon moved in and inundated the track. The event's start procedure was scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm, but track conditions have delayed the latter.
