Perez stands up for Hamilton after boos from Mexican fans
The crowd present at the Mexican Grand Prix did not appear to be fans of Lewis Hamilton's P2. Sergio Perez did his best in the race to overtake the Brit, but in the end the Mexican had to settle for third position in his home race. Afterwards, Hamilton was booed heavily by the fans, but Perez was to have none of it. Article continues under ad It is not the first time this season that a driver has been booed by fans.
