Capito on Button homecoming: 'Adds another layer to our transformation'

Jost Capito, the brand new CEO of Williams, has also commented on the recently announced return of Jenson Button to his home team Williams. Capito says that bringing in the former driver is another step in what he calls 'the transformation of Williams' Williams has been on the right track for some time now and seems to be breaking out of its multi-year downward spiral. The team has recently forged closer links with Mercedes, for example, and will have the full Mercedes powertrain at its disposal from 2022.
