Formula E Diriyah E-Prix qualifying Round 1 results
Article To news overview Nyck De Vries stormed to Formula E pole position in commanding style in the Diriyah E-Prix on Friday afternoon. He edged-out Porsche's pascal Wehrlein and Audi's Rene Rast to take what is the Dutch driver's maiden Formula E pole. De Vries has been in dominant form since the very first minute he took to the track, coming in as the fastest driver in the opening two practice sessions. He then convincingly edged-out his main rivals in the Super Pole shootout, Including Edoardo Mortara, Alex Lynn and Mitch Evens - who rounded out the top six.
