Cheaper F1 tickets to attract more fans
Formula 1 wants to try and make races more accessible for people with a smaller budget. The tickets for races are now often quite expensive, but that should change in 2025 if it is up to Formula 1 business director Yath Gangakumaran. Gangakumaran tells this in conversation with Autosportinternational. He wants more diversity through her 'We Race As One' campaign and for that she is currently looking at ticket prices. Lower ticket prices would attract more audiences and special prices for regional audiences or even free tickets for those on a smaller budget would be part of it.
