Perez explains how radio issues factored into Ocon collision

F1 had widespread technical issues with its broadcasting system on Friday, resulting in teams having no radio contact with their drivers. As a result Perez believes the problem, and some bad timing, factored into the two former teammates came together at the Villeneuve chicane.
