We herald the new year without fireworks, but admittedly, we saw plenty of fireworks in 2021 with a battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. With that in mind, and of course, with a bottle of champagne, we enter 2022. While we're still reeling from the heart-stopping 2021 Formula 1 season, we look ahead to what awaits the sport in 2022. The bar for Formula 1 season 2022 has been set high Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton have set the bar high for 2022, because how can the past season be surpassed?
