De Vries chases Formula E championship lead in Mexico

Nyck de Vries had an encouraging start to the season in Saudi Arabia. The Dutchman immediately won the first race on the Riyadh Street Circuit and was in pole position for the second ePrix a day later. In the third ePrix of the season, the reigning world champion will be looking to capture the lead in the championship. De Vries second in championship In the second ePrix in Saudi Arabia, De Vries finished tenth, forcing him to leave the lead in the championship to Swiss driver Edoardo Mortara. The Dutchman is now four points behind the leader. Stoffel Vandoorne, De Vries' teammate with Mercedes, is third, one point behind the Dutchman.
